It doesn’t feel that long ago that we were hosting club finals day at Vogeltown Park and celebrating two great wins from our Div 1 and Colts teams!
We are now only a couple months away from the season starting and without a doubt, we are looking to mirror the success of last year across all our teams this year!
This all starts with pre-season and committing to a strong base of fitness, skills, and team culture!
Kicking off tonight Tuesday 7 February at 6pm, we have our first pre-season training session – for all players looking to pull on the NPOB jersey! We will then move to twice a week sessions from next week before splitting into teams closer to the start of the season.
Behind the scenes, there have been some notable changes on the board with two stalwarts of NPOB Rugby stepping down. I would like to take this moment to again thank both Keith and Owen for countless hours they have dedicated to the club!
We are also excited to be looking to introduce two new teams, with our inaugural Womens and u85 teams looking to take the field this year! We will be posting updates on social for these teams – but let’s get the word out there!
Keep an eye out on social for updates regarding the season, including registrations for our Friends of Old Boys Club and the opening of our online store for NPOB Merchandise.
